The ELC Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation founded by Dr. Ellen Lathi and Dr. Joshua Katz. It was created to address the many unmet needs of patients with multiple sclerosis. The ELC Foundation supports a Financial Assistance Program for patients and educational programs for patients and MS professionals.
