Science: Longitudinal Analysis Reveals High Prevalence of Epstein-Barr Virus Associated with Multiple Sclerosis

This is a very interesting study.

We always knew Epstein-Barr virus was an important risk factor for MS. Now it appears it may actually directly cause MS! What does this mean? Perhaps this could lead to more targeted treatments and prevention!
